AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Proximity to Farrer Park MRT station entrance. Literally at the top of the road.
The room was filthy. Cobwebs in every corner. Dust coating every surface. Mold in the shower and behind the basin. Shower had pubic hair and snot on the walls. Spilled coffee and scribbles on the walls. Some plaster/band aid wrapping stuck to the middle of a wall. Mosquitos. Carpet so stained and greasy you don't want to be barefoot on it. Dirty ashtray in a non-smoking room that was never touched. People smoke near the aircon intake so the room reeks of cigarettes. Sheets didn't fit the old mattress that had springs poking into you. Pillows smelled of bad breath and smoke. Management didn't care or follow up. Physically showed the cleaning staff the problems. Still not rectified.

I would not shy away from introducing somebody to stay there.
The staff were cooperative and accessible. Got value for money and the owner/manager showed a lot of professionalism in her service provision.
Should have provided breakfast.

Irresponsible staff, when I want to check out at 9 am, nobody was available at the desk
Location
They refused to give a receipt for the money paid for staying.
